Customs duties
Purchases made outside the European Union are subject to customs fees borne by the customer.
Delay conditions
We contact the shipping company to locate the item sent and understand the reason for the delay so that we can work with the shipping company and the customer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges or Returns
To make an exchange for size, color or another item, you have 30 days from the date of your order confirmation email. The item(s) must be presented as they were sent with the appropriate packaging and labels, along with the purchase receipt. In case of Return the refund will be made by issuing a voucher of equal value, except if the products are defective, in which case the refund will be made in the same way as payment for the item was made, the estimated period will be around 10 to 15 days, also depending on the identity that issued the payment.
